What's New at Next Step Sherwood Park

Mindfulness

As part of Next Step's focus on Mental Health & Wellness, we participate in Mindfulness activities - both as part of our orientation and throughout the year.  This year, students have already participated in several activities, such as guided meditation, deep breathing exercises and even colouring activities!  These activities help students and staff practice valuable stress and anxiety managment techniques.  For more information on teens and mental health, please visit teenmentalhealth.org
