NSO News December 2-14
Hey all, see the link for NSO News Dec 2-14 (Updated information in the newsletter on Registered Apprenticeship Program, Career & Post-Secondary planning, Christmas hampers, Indigenous events & scholarships).
Monday, December 2 marks instructional day #59 of 84, putting us at 70% of the way through Semester 1. As the holiday season approaches, the excitement and anticipation are palpable throughout our school community.
This is a time filled with opportunities to celebrate progress and embrace new challenges. We encourage all of our students to make the most of these remaining days by staying engaged in their learning and taking those "small steps" that lead to big achievements—a sentiment that echoes our school’s motto: Small steps are still progress.
For our families, this is a wonderful moment to reflect on your child’s growth this term. Your continued support plays a vital role in their success. Whether it’s reviewing materials together, fostering routines, or simply offering encouragement, every effort makes a difference.
As we count down to Christmas, please keep an eye out for updates about upcoming events and activities. We aim to finish 2024 on a high note, filled with positivity, learning, and community spirit. Thank you for being an integral part of our Next Step family. Let’s make these last 15 days count!
